Here's how it works:

Pick your design: Choose from 12 unique trays.

Order and pick up: Pick up your order at Country Charm Coffee on the evening of the event.
We'll provide everything else:
- 9" x 5" x 3/4" trinket tray made form Cherry, Maple of Walnut hardwood
- A variety of vibrant paint colors
- Expert guidance and inspiration from our staff
- Delicious coffee and treats on hand for purchase
- A unique, handmade piece to decorate with year-after-year

No Refund Policy for Custom Cut/Engraved Products
No Refunds or Exchanges: Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for cancellation request made after:Â
- Event deadline: December 11th 6:00pm CST (or within 72 hours of the event. All sales are final.
Event Cancellation: In the event that the event for which the custom product was intended is canceled, we will offer a full refund to your original form of payment.Â
